Vitamin D for Older Adults!
Vitamin D is essential to bone health in seniors. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to softened or fragile bones and has also been linked to a deterioration of functions in seniors, which depend on muscle mass. New guidelines recommend an increase in Vitamin D intake. http://goo.gl/tlFsau

Seniors don't really need to join a gym or suffer through rigorous workouts. Milder activities such as walking, gardening or anything to keep moving would be sufficient. http://goo.gl/lS2Htk

Give them space
Family can be overwhelming for anyone, but especially for a child with Autism. Be sure to designate a safe space in the house where the child can seek refuge if family time is too much.
